Job Description:
• Provide services and support as a Human Resources Compensation and Talent Acquisition Coordinator
• Perform a variety of duties that support Human Resources in the coordination and administration of programs and processes
• Maintain, monitor, and track variable pay awards
• Track budgets and process electronic documents for employees
• Interact with managers to obtain information needed for efficient processing of awards
• Assist with compensation survey participation and gather/report data
• Produce employee communications such as offer letters and merit letters
• Respond to HR-related inquiries or requests
• Support the recruitment process and prepare materials for recruitment events
• Utilize various online tools to maintain records pertaining to employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or High School Diploma and 4+ years office work experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Understanding of database and spreadsheet systems
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Experience using PowerPoint
• Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with employees, managers, and peers
• Sensitivity to data and ability to hold information closely.
