This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Support:** Apply primary technical knowledge to meet business and IT needs, and resolve identified technical limitations. * **Client Advocacy:** Act as the voice of the client (VOC)/partner by identifying and sharing feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the client/cooperate with internal teams, using established channels. * **Collaboration:** Request input from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical items, exhibit fundamental technical concepts, and demonstrate those design solutions capability through design collaboration meetings with the client/partner. * **Research and Development:** Participate in outside designer community events (e.g., meetings, courses, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and share learnings with the internal team. * **Engineering Design:** Participate in conversations around engineering design, strength assessments, and technical development that impact production arrangement application and increase client business value.
