**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the crucial link between our clients and our organization. You will be responsible for managing customer requests, optimizing cargo operations, and building strong relationships with our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for:
* Efficiently managing customer requests for information, reservations, irregularities, and capacity using multiple channels of communication
* Supporting marketing communication to foster positive customer awareness of arenaflex news and services
* Maintaining and strengthening close customer relationships at all levels
* Ensuring correct billing to customers by controlling bookings and Air Waybills and making corrections
* Strengthening outdoor sales efforts by supporting rate quotations, ad hoc rate negotiations, market intelligence, and reports
* Prioritizing workloads to enable swift and competent responses to internal and external inquiries
* Coordinating with warehouse and ground handling agents or load control to ensure smooth operations
* Participating in other duties as assigned
**Requirements**
The ideal Customer Service Agent should meet the following requirements:
* Associate's degree preferred
* IT applications: Good MS Office user knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Logistics or customer service training is an asset
* Experience in customer service and/or operations
* Ideally experienced in air cargo/logistics and/or aviation environment
* Good command of French and English language: fluent in speaking and writing
* Any other languages are of advantage
* Good interpersonal communication skills verbal and written (email, letter, internet)
* Professional attitude with internal and external interfaces
* Impeccable customer service attitude
* Initiative, reliable, and quality-oriented working attitude
* Flexibility to work on different functions within the department
* Willingness and ability to travel
