Overview: This is a fully remote School Psychologist 1099 contract position. VocoVision presents the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting students? academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development through comprehensive virtual assessment, consultation, and intervention services.
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions that enhance students? learning and development.
? Provide virtual counseling and crisis intervention services to students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
? Participate in virtual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions to advocate for students? needs and ensure appropriate services are provided.
? Stay updated on best practices and research in school psychology, particularly in virtual service delivery methods.
? Maintain precise and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and communications with students, families, and school staff.
Qualifications:
? Master?s degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
? Possess an active Maryland licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
? Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
? Preferably have experience with virtual service delivery platforms and telepractice technologies.
? Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
