Requirements:
? Experience in IT Service Management with a focus on managing an ITSM-managed service provider (5+ years);
? Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (5+ years);
? Experience implementing ITSM processes and standards;
? Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and processes;
? Experience with network foundation and deploying Zero Trust solutions;
? Configuration/management experience with Cloud networking technologies;
? Experience with Cloud Operations with automation;
? Bachelor?s degree in computer science / systems engineering.
Preferred:
? Experience with SNOW Admin.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
? Manage and oversee our ITSM-managed service provider to ensure the delivery of quality services according to agreed-upon service levels;
? Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation, and support of ITSM processes that are aligned with business strategy. Manage and oversee our ITSM-managed service provider to ensure the delivery of quality services according to agreed-upon service levels;
? Implement and manage the ITSM ServiceNow platform enhancements and new requirements;
? Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT service management requirements and develop effective service delivery strategies;
? Develop and implement IT service standards and policies to promote efficiency and effectiveness;
? Implement a continuous improvement program for IT service management delivery;
? Orchestrate and automate cloud-based platforms throughout the company;
? Handle incident management, problem management, and change management activities;
? Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure IT services align with their needs;
? Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
