Key Duties & Responsibilities
? Tailored Instruction: Deliver individualized lessons aligned with each student’s IEP to foster their academic success and personal growth.
? Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and track student development to ensure they meet learning milestones.
? IEP Development: Collaborate with parents, educators, and support staff to create and adjust IEPs for students, ensuring that their learning objectives are met.
? Parental Communication: Maintain strong relationships with families by providing regular updates on student progress and strategies for support at home.
What We?re Looking For
? Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Special Education
? Valid Michigan teaching certification with a Special Education endorsement
? Experience:
? A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with special needs, preferably in an online environment
