Position Overview: We?re looking for a skilled Campaign Targeting Analytics Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting strategic communications with PBM members regarding formulary and benefit plan designs.
Key Responsibilities:
? Data Analysis: Use SAS-SQL and Teradata to process large datasets and optimize member communications.
? Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of database list pulls.
? Technical Design: Contribute to the design and enhancement of applications, including integrating purchased solutions. Perform system testing to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications:
? Education: Bachelor?s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
? Experience: 1-2 years of experience with database management platforms such as Teradata, Oracle, or SQL Server, with strong SQL skills.
? Skills:
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
? Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
? Experience in database or direct marketing is highly preferred.
? Experience in systems analysis and application development is beneficial.
Personal Attributes:
? Superior attention to detail and independent judgment.
? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
? Ability to work efficiently on complex technical tasks and deliver high-quality results.
Additional Experience:
? At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis and application program development, or equivalent education and work experience.
