Legal Consultant – Croatia (Visa, Company Setup & Residence Permit Support)
We are ZEYD INCORPORATION LDA, a European company based in Portugal, expanding our Croatia Relocation Program for international clients interested in relocating to Croatia.
We are looking to hire a Legal Consultant / Immigration Consultant based in Croatia to support our clients with visa, company establishment, and residence permit processes.
Scope of Work:
Phase 1 : Invitation Letter & Visa Support
- Issue business or legal invitation letter
- Provide visa documentation guidance
- Assist with embassy requirements
- Support applicants during visa process
Phase 2 : Company Establishment
- Company formation for relocation purposes
- Business registration
- Tax number registration
- Bank account opening support
- Other required documentation
Phase 3 : Residence Permit Application
- Residence permit application submission
-Legal representation (if required)
- Communication with authorities
- Follow-up until approval
- Payment Structure (Per Client)
Milestone 1
€150 — Invitation Letter & Visa Support (Project Start)
Milestone 2
€450 — After Visa Approval & Before Client Departure
Milestone 3
€750 — Company Establishment, Bank Account & Setup Support
Milestone 4
€350 — Residence Permit Application & Representation
Ideal Candidate- We are looking for:
- Croatia-based legal or immigration consultant
- Experience with company formation in Croatia
- Experience with residence permits
- Strong English communication
- Ability to work long-term partnership
