Responsibilities

– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
– Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
– Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs promptly
– Handle client services inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Experience
– Proficient in English, both written and verbal
– Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
– Strong computer skills for data entry tasks
– Multilingual abilities are a plus
– Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
Qualifications
