The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the editorial strategy for brand and franchise campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives. This role requires a dynamic and innovative thinker capable of developing audience-first content, managing agency partners, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital brand strategy.
? *Key Responsibilities:**
– **Editorial Strategy Leadership:** Lead the editorial strategy for brand and franchise campaigns, developing and implementing audience-first content goals and creative concepts.
– **Creative Development:** Build and manage a monthly editorial calendar, collaborate with internal and external teams through the content development lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of approved assets across all channels.
– **Digital Trends and Platform Updates:** Stay updated on digital trends and platform updates to inform strategy and execution.
– **Social Media and Event Coverage:** Assist with live content coverage and execution for press junkets, content shoots, and marketing events as needed.
– **Agency and Partner Management:** Manage agency partners in content development, ensure alignment with brand standards, and handle partner support requests.
– **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional partners to develop creative content in alignment with the digital brand strategy.
– **Team Development:** Participate in refining systems and operations for the Social Team, foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration, manage direct reports, and participate in professional development workshops.

– Deep knowledge of Disney and Disney+ brands, films, characters, and TV series.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Superior knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and an interest in exploring new spaces.
