Job Description:
• Design and execute claim operational analysis
• Create insights into Medical and Dental claim operational environments
• Evaluate operational and financial flow of claims
• Support Service Operations needs with data analysis
• Collaborate within Claim Operations Analytics team
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience using SAS, BigQuery, SQL, Python, or similar query language
• 2+ years performing large scale analysis on medical claim operational data
• Demonstrated business knowledge of the medical claim lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience performing data 'quality and reasonableness' testing on claim operational data
• Strong Excel skills with mastery of functions and pivot tables
• Experience applying logic and critical thinking to solve business problems
• Experience turning data into information
• Excellent written communication skills
