Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary TAG Reserve Spirits contact for key On-Premise & Off-Premise accounts, building strong, consultative relationships
- Drive portfolio performance by executing monthly and quarterly sales programs and activating brand-specific initiatives aligned with market priorities
- Increase brand visibility through strategic placement of point-of-sale materials and execution of consumer sampling events
- Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-through on customer needs
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within your territory, leveraging market trends and consumer insights
- Manage budgets, track sales activity, and maintain accurate records using mobile and desktop tools
- Partner with trade education teams to deliver impactful training and brand storytelling to key stakeholders
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel up to 30%
- Proficiency in managing budgets, tracking performance, and using digital tools for reporting
