Description:
? Execute marketing campaigns and events to promote our products/services and generate leads.
? Manage the intake, triage, approval, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing events, including conference attendance and CFGI-sponsored events.
? Administer CFGI?s marketing automation software, Salesforce Account Engagement (f/k/a Pardot).
? Serve as a connection between our Partners and our third-party marketing agency to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and messaging.
? Create and edit engaging and relevant content for various online channels, including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
? Manage the creation and maintenance of off-the-shelf marketing collateral, such as templated pitchbook presentations and other sales materials that are used regularly by our professionals.
? Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and content and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
? Stay updated on industry trends… competitor activities, and best practices in marketing and content creation.
? Ensure all marketing materials and content adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the company’s messaging.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? 5+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, and event management, preferably in the accounting or professional services industry.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
? Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress).
? Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
? Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for brand building.
