Master's-Prepared Therapist Location: Kansas, Remote/Tele Hours: Full-time, M-F Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Provider to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with primary Substance Use Disorders via Telehealth. This Master's-Prepared Therapist role includes behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, therapeutic interventions, and crisis response for both adolescents and adults for outpatient and SUD. As part of an integrated care team, you will collaborate closely with medical professionals in a holistic, patient-first model. Applicants should hold, or be working toward, an active LCAC license in the state of Kansas. _____________ WHY JOIN IPC? Benefits for full-time providers can include: • Credentialing, licensure, billing, and collections assistance, • The ability to change facilities, hours, and roles within IPC's partner organizations, • Administrative support for office management, allowing you to focus on your patients, • Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K with match, • Paid malpractice, and more! _____________ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide accurate diagnoses • Deliver ongoing individual therapy and crisis interventions as needed • Provide same-day care to patients with urgent mental health or substance use concerns • Work with adolescents and adults with primary Substance Use Disorders • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team in an integrated care setting • Maintain timely and confidential documentation using EMR/EHR systems • Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with occasional evenings on Mondays. • No weekends or on-call. _____________ QUALIFICATIONS • Master’s or clinical level (LCAC) therapist license in the state of Kansas.
