Responsibilities:
? Provide excellent customer support and service to clients in the medical field.
? Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Accurately document customer interactions and follow standard procedures.
Requirements:
? Previous experience in a medical customer service role.
? Availability to work full-time on weekends
? Type 40 wpm
? Microsoft Office
Equipment Requirements:
? Computer with a minimum of 1 extra monitor.
? Hardwired internet connection.
? Headset.
? Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
