Job Title: Microsoft Project Online and Power BI Specialist
Location: Collegeville, PA (Hybrid 2-3 days a week), possible remote
Responsibilities: As a Microsoft Project Online Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Technical Expertise
Demonstrating in-depth skills and hands-on experience in Microsoft Project Online, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
Analyzing, planning, configuring, integrating, testing, training, and supporting Microsoft Project Online and Power BI solutions.
Designing reports, creating data visualizations, and presenting insights based on M365, SharePoint, Project Server, and Project Online platforms.
Knowledge And Proficiency
Possessing expert knowledge in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Project Server, Power View, Power Automate, CSOM, JSON, REST API, OLAP, and OData Reporting.
Familiarity with Nintex workflows, K2 workflow platform, MS Azure, Active Directory, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics AX, and MS Team Foundation Server.
Hands-on experience with cloud computing, security, hybrid architecture planning, and MS SQL Server.
Project Management
Configuring Office 365 environments for Microsoft Teams, including onboarding, reporting, training, and validation.
Managing workflow, enterprise project types, custom fields, and project detail pages.
Conducting project planning, tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensuring project management security by user, group, and category.
Advanced Skills
Proficiency in queuing and database administration.
Working with DAX formulae for creating variables and interactive visuals.
Creating and managing graphical and Power BI reports.
Integration And Migration
Integrating Microsoft tools and third-party solutions.
Experience in Project Server migration and Fluent-Pro Migration tools.
User Support And Training
Troubleshooting and resolving tool issues escalated by clients.
Providing support and training to various user types, including Team Members, Project Managers, Resource Managers, and Executives.
