Ocean Import/Export Agent Needed in the East Side of El Paso Pay Rate: $14/hr $16/Hr Shift: 8am 5pm Mon Fri Weekly Pay Holiday Pay Medical/Vision/Dental Job Description: Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files. Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders. Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner. Reports customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction. Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system Track and Trace files and reporting Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external) Now Minimum of 1 year previous experience in a similar role/ logistics field Interpersonal and customer service skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of emails daily & work with a variety of systems Ability to share work among a customer service team Attentive to detail & Multi-tasker Excellent Time-management skills Bilingual a plus Fully proficient with various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel) Must be available to be flexible to work one Saturday a month Apply Job!
