## Key Responsibilities

– Collaborate with team members and other departments as necessary to resolve customer issues.
– Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.

## Qualifications
– High school diploma or equivalent (entry-level).
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in the air freight industry.
– Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in using chat platforms and customer service software.
