What You’ll Do:
- An experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Techno-Functional Consultant – to join NRI’s Oracle practice.
- You will be assigned to work on a support project for an existing NRI customer where you will maintain and enhance on-premise EPM applications.
- Your primary responsibility will involve:
- Resolution of defects and problems relating to the Oracle EPM platform.
- Operational support, management of batch processing, end of month support.
- Design, build and testing of enhancements to the Oracle EPM platform.
- Management of documentation through the project lifecycle to meet governance and design requirements.
- Adherence to customer policies and processes.
- Additional responsibilities include:
- Management and development of stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Provide leadership for solution design and team members; and effectively manage operational issues to ensure continuous effective service delivery and a performance based, innovative, responsive, and accountable customer focused work culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years’ experience as an Oracle EPM Consultant in an enterprise environment
- Must have experience in Oracle EPM Modules as Technical &/or Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
- Must have Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Budgeting and Forecasting (Hyperion Planning), Hyperion Essbase, Metadata (DRM dimensions, hierarchies), Hyperion Financial Reporting experience
- Should have worked either on On-Premises or Cloud Application
- Should be able to create application, SQL (Teradata / Oracle), Business Rules (Hyperion Financial Management), Essbase MAXL, Calculation Scripts, Unix, Data Stage, FDMEE
- Should be able to deliver demo sessions, trainings, testing & prepare deliverable documents
- Should be able to investigate and resolve functional and reconciliation issues, including root cause analysis
