Hybrid onsite 1 opening at Dallas, TX, 75019 / Tampa, FL, 33647 1 opening at Hyderabad (1)- Contract Only- 35 2 round interview process Looking for Oracle PL/SQL with Snowflake Position Summary This role is responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting highperformance Oracle PL/SQL-based data solutions while contributing to ongoing data modernization initiatives leveraging the Snowflake cloud data platform. The ideal candidate will have strong database engineering fundamentals, handson experience with Oracle PL/SQL, and working knowledge of Snowflake in support of analytical, reporting, and regulatory data workloads. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and views Support transactional (OLTP) and analytical (OLAP) data workloads with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability Develop and optimize Snowflake SQL objects including tables, views, and schemas Support data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and audit controls Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning, rootcause analysis, and production issue resolution Partner with application teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with enterprise standards Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release execution Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, data governance, and security standards Contribute to technical documentation, data models, and operational runbooks Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Strong handson experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL in enterprise environments Proven experience developing and supporting complex PL/SQLbased data solutions Experience working with Snowflake as a cloud data warehouse Solid understanding of relational data modeling and database design principles Experience supporting production data platforms and resolving performance issues Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Experience with ETL, data pipelines, or data integration tools Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and job scheduling tools Experience in financial services or regulated environments Knowledge of CI/CD practices and Agile delivery models Key Competencies Database & Data Engineering Excellence Performance Optimization & Problem Solving Data Quality & Integrity Collaboration & Stakeholder Partnership Operational Readiness & Production Support EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
