Outside Business Development Representative

Description:
? The outside Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in driving growth at Paubox.
? Responsible for researching and understanding the target market, generating leads and working lead lists, and qualifying prospects.
? Posess a proactive and results-driven attitude, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
? Work closely with Account Executives to strategically target key accounts.
? Maintain clean data in CRM system (HubSpot).
? Identify and research new leads to add into prospecting cadences.

Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree or relevant experience
? A hunger to succeed in tech Sales
? Initiative to go above and beyond to thrive in a startup environment
? Demonstrated history of exceeding quotas (preferred)
? Proficient in HubSpot (preferred)
? Ability to think strategically and execute on abstract ideas (preferred)
? Adaptability (preferred)
? Previous experience selling into… healthcare (preferred)
? Know what the acronym HIPAA stands for (preferred)
? Contributed to the growth of a new Business Development team (preferred)
