The ideal candidate thrives on prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term relationships with business clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits - Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs - Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements - Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas - Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding     Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses  - Monthly car allowance and fuel card - Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match - Paid time off and holidays - Career advancement opportunities into Sales management or National Accounts     What We’re Looking For: - 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred) - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Willingness to take coaching and feedback - Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle - Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards
