Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a technical knowledge of the products offered, equipment capabilities, company capabilities and product applications
- Manage the relationship between the company and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals within accounts
- Meet goals that are consistent with the strategic direction of the territory, district and company
- Develop relationships with prospects and customers to gain an understanding of their specific needs and business personality
- Develop and maintain positive internal customer relationships with operations, credit, accounting logistics, inside sales and management team members
- Effectively communicate strategies to appropriate business unit personnel to obtain required support and coordination
- Develop and utilize standard business practices including pricing, forecasting, distribution and code of ethics
- Plan and carry out sales initiatives to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix, and time frames
- Meeting and exceeding assigned goals
- Effectively communicating activities, opportunities, business cases, and other strategic information about prospective and current clients
- Be an exemplary representative of our company
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5years relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 3 years Inside Sales Experience

- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Computer capabilities using the Microsoft OS
Working Conditions (Including Physical and Mental Demands):
- Manual dexterity for use of computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed
- Ability to speak, hear and interpret sounds and speech
- Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per day, occasionally 8+ hours, occasionally position will require stooping, kneeling or crouching for less than 8 hours per day
- Ability to carry up to 10 lbs.
- Work environment is consistent with an office setting
- Occasional exposure to loud noises
- Must have the ability to travel by automobile and airplane
