Position: Customer Service Agent (Part-Time and Full-Time)
Hours: 15-40 hours per week…
Pay: $12/hr to start, with increases throughout the first year, transitioning to a performance-based model
Location: Remote (Available for residents of MN, MI, IA, and WI)
Requirements:
? One weekend day REQUIRED
? Must be able to attend full-time day training for 2 weeks
? Must be available on weekend days and between the hours of 12pm – 9pm on weekdays

Responsibilities:
? Respond to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
? Assist customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services.
? Troubleshoot issues and address questions related to orders placed by customers.
? Follow up with customers to ensure they have received quality customer service.
? Complete after-call information and data entry to the system.
Qualifications:
? 1 years? experience in a Customer Service role.
? Must currently reside in the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI.
? Reliable high-speed internet with the ability to be hard-wired.
? High School Diploma.
