Bouncyband is a Connecticut based company serving schools and retailers nationwide. We are looking for a reliable, detail oriented Part Time Remote Office Assistant to support both our wholesale and retail operations in the afternoons.
Hours:
Monday through Friday
1:00 pm to 5:00 pm EST
Responsibilities:
• Enter and process wholesale and retail customer orders accurately
• Update spreadsheets and shared documents, including backorders and inventory tracking
• Make outbound calls and send emails to schools and retail accounts for payment follow ups or order information
• Assist with price quotes and customer inquiries
• Provide general administrative and customer service support
• Maintain organized and up to date records across systems
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Clear and professional phone and email communication
• Comfortable using Excel and Google Docs
• Experience with Shopify or Faire is a plus
• Experience with SOS Inventory is a big plus
• Dependable and self motivated
• Prior office, wholesale, retail, or customer service experience preferred
