Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of residence
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in telehealth or remote patient care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and consultations via telehealth platforms
- Provide patient education and support on various health conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Document patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations and standards
