Construction Force Services, NY’s TriState Area’s leader in providing skilled labor to contractors, has a plumbing & heating client in search of a full-time Project Manager – This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to diligently and faithfully perform the duties and responsibilities assigned to them, including but not limited to –
– Daily EOD (End Of Day) emails, summary of… progress per project, next day look-ahead
– Ensuring timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding unnecessary penalties
– Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses
– Prepare submittal based upon specs / drawings
– Ensure staff on site are meeting safety / OSHA regs / PPE equipment onsite
– Logging work hours accurately & honestly
– The ability to write up change orders for ongoing projects to Company standards
– Taking care of and properly using all Company equipment
– Using only the designated business email for all work-related communications
– You will manage both internal and external risks within the project’s lifetime
– And must have the desire to learn and grow with the Company and take on any training that the job may require
The right Candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Project Management experience working within the plumbing, fire sprinkler & HVAC trades. Unions & MTA experience preferred, as is using Procore and other computer-based tools. This position is 75% remote / 25% at HQ.
