Job Description:
• Coordinate and track execution of vendor agreements including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and renewals
• Manage contract routing, approvals, and signature collection
• Maintain accurate vendor and contract records
• Support vendor onboarding and validation of documentation
• Partner with business owners to document requirements and pricing
• Liaise between Procurement, Legal, Finance, business teams, and vendors
• Review pricing schedules, invoices, SLAs, and service descriptions
• Produce reporting on contract activity, vendor status, and spend
• Support monitoring of vendor performance and KPIs
• Track corrective action plans and remediation effort
• Identify over- or under-utilization of vendors
• Support RFP development and proposal analysis
• Document procurement workflows and policies
• Support rollout of procurement tools and governance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation
• Comfortable learning procurement and contract management systems
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
