Initiatives addressed by the PMO are focused across on-going support and expansion of FTI’s eDiscovery products, initiatives, and consulting services. Project managers are strategic and tactical problem solvers who are typically assigned to lead multiple initiatives with moderate to high risk and complexity.  Project managers may assist in developing and maturing PMO capabilities to foster continued operational excellence.   What You’ll Do - Build and maintain effective working relationships with business stakeholders, project team members, and cross functional partners to support successful project delivery and build positive relationships - Ensure the evolution and elevation of the PMO through continued refinement of traditional and agile management frameworks to maintain and mature best practices - Support project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, facilitating all checkpoint activities defined by the PMO - Manage and support of medium to large-scale projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders through the full project lifecycle (ideation to implementation) - Monitor project progress by tracking scope, schedule, quality, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to project stakeholders and leadership to provide maximum stakeholder value - Act as a servant leader to agile and project teams by fostering communication, enabling team empowerment, and identification and resolution of team impediments - Support agile teams throughout the entire Application Lifecyle Management process (ALM), facilitating all agile ceremonies in both Kanban and Scrum frameworks - Ensure all appropriate project artifacts (documentation, deliverables, gates, etc.) are created, reviewed, and approved as appropriate by internal and external stakeholders - Drive adoption of agile principles and raise the overall agile maturity of the organization through coaching and mentoring opportunities - Escalate issues to PMO leadership and project stakeholders as warranted - Successfully source and manage vendor relationships when warranted - Be a steward of the PMOs business value to the organization   How You’ll Grow   We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. You will be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.    As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.    What You Will Need to Succeed Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, CIS, MIS, or equivalent experience.  Master’s degree a plus - 1-5 years of applicable work experience in IT project management using Traditional and Agile methodologies and management frameworks - Project Management or Scrum Master Certification - Experience managing traditional and agile initiatives of varying size, priority, and complexity. - Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban Agile principles, with the ability to apply them pragmatically in an enterprise environment - Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies (Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement. - Knowledge and experience using project management tools –ADO, Jira, MS Project, etc. - Proven servant leader who removes impediments, fosters collaboration, enables team ownership, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of the team and organization - Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations at all levels within an organization - Self-starter who has the confidence and experience to quickly assess complex situations and make decisions - Ability to identify delivery risks and dependencies early and facilitate mitigation strategies. - Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders to apply diplomatic resolutions to identified impediments, even if unpopular - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats - Experience partnering closely with Product Owners/Liaisons to support backlog refinement, prioritization, readiness, and delivery - Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced environment - Travel Requirements: 10% (Team and company outings, Training, Conferences, etc.) - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide sponsorship   Preferred Qualifications - SAFe Certification(s) - Working knowledge of Azure DevOps - Experience with SaaS, IaaS or hybrid cloud environments (AWS). - Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and shared services - Experience with IT infrastructure, information Security, eDiscovery, and/or data analytics projects #LI-CM2 #LI-Remote Total Wellbeing Our goal is to support the wellbeing of you and your families—physically, emotionally, and financially.
