Overview
Join our dynamic team as a PSYPACT Psychologist providing ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Phone Assessments on a flexible, part-time, basis. This remote role offers the opportunity to provide vital support to clients seeking ESA accommodations, utilizing your expertise in mental health assessment and telehealth delivery. As a key contributor, you will conduct phone assessments to help individuals improve their quality of life. This position is ideal for licensed psychologists passionate about making a meaningful impact.
About the Role
• Conduct structured ESA phone calls
• Clients are added to your queue/waiting room, and you must reach out within 24 hours
• Speak with clients about their mental health background and how their pet provides emotional support
• Complete the assessment in our system and update their status
Important:
No paperwork, email writing, or admin work. Our system is fully automated — you do the call, click to complete the assessment, and the documentation is generated and sent automatically so you can move call-to-call efficiently.
Schedule & Volume
• Part-time to start (about 10/day)
• Flexible scheduling — choose your own hours
• Opportunity to increase volume based on availability and performance
Compensation
• Typical earnings for efficient clinicians are ~$100–$200/hour depending on pace — the structure is $20 per assessment, with a streamlined system allowing you to move from call-to-call with no admin in between.
Licensing Requirements
• Licensed Psychologist in good standing
• Active PSYPACT authorization required (role is only open to PSYPACT-approved psychologists)
