QA Automation Engineer
We're working with a growing consulting firm looking for a QA Automation Engineer to come in and help level up their automation capability.
This isn’t just about writing tests — they need someone who’s comfortable building things properly from the ground up, and helping teams move forward in how they approach automation.
The work is a mix of API and UI testing, mostly in financial services environments.
You’ll need to be hands-on with Playwright and TypeScript, and happy working directly in code. The client is interested in AI tooling, but it’s not embedded in their setup yet — so this role suits someone who doesn’t rely on it and can just get stuck in.
It’s an initial 3-month contract, but there’s a strong chance this runs longer given the growth they’re seeing.
