I’m currently partnering with a well-established firm seeking Real Estate Litigation Attorneys across Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. If you have experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or foreclosure litigation, this could be a great next step.
Open Roles:
• Virginia – Two openings:
• 1 Hybrid (Richmond, VA)
• 1 Fully Remote
What You’ll Do:
• Handle pre-litigation and litigation matters
• Work on cases involving residential real estate, title, mortgages, and foreclosure
• Manage cases from intake through resolution
✅ Requirements:
• Active bar license in VA
• 1+ year of litigation experience in real estate, title, mortgage, foreclosure matters, or creditor's rights
Compensation:
• Base salary: $90K–$130K
• Annual bonus, additional 10K
