IXL Learning is a leading EdTech company that develops personalized learning products used globally. They are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist to manage candidate activity, conduct phone screens, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the top of funnel candidate activity to include reviewing inbound candidate applications and evaluating qualifications to identify the strongest candidates based on defined criteria
- Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process
- Perform full cycle recruiting for select assigned positions as needed
- Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience
- Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
- Experience in conducting qualifying phone screens
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite
