[Remote] Associate, Advisor Solutions (Internal Sales)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Newfound Research is a co-sponsor and sub-advisor for the Return Stacked® ETF suite, offering capital-efficient investment solutions. The Associate of Advisor Solutions will support the external sales team by prospecting and engaging advisors, maintaining CRM hygiene, and developing fluency in portfolio concepts. Responsibilities - Prospect new advisor leads through targeted call and email campaigns - Support external wholesalers with follow-up, scheduling, and relationship continuity - Clean and enrich lead lists, identifying high-opportunity prospects and routing them appropriately - Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy in HubSpot - Develop fluency in return stacking concepts, portable alpha, and our ETF lineup Skills - 2+ years in internal sales or distribution support within asset management (strong 1-year candidates with the right profile will be considered) - Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, or alternative investment products - Familiarity with the independent RIA channel - Proficiency with CRMs (HubSpot experience is a plus) - Intellectually curious, comfortable with complexity, high agency - CAIA designation is a plus (we'll support you in getting it) Benefits - Pro-rata participation in firm-wide profit pool - Full health benefits - Unlimited PTO - Remote work - A seat at a fast-growing firm where your contributions matter and your growth path is clear Company Overview - Newfound is a financial technology and product innovation firm.
