About Us
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial operations on a casual, ongoing basis. This role is ideal for someone who is highly proficient in QuickBooks Online, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare financial reports as needed
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial best practices
- Assist with invoicing, payroll, and expense tracking
- Maintain organized financial records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or in a similar role
Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks Online (MUST)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience working with multiple clients or a remote team is a plus
