Remote CSR – Customer Service Representative

Shift: Must be available between 7am-10pm, 5 days a week including at least 1 weekend.
? *REMOTE POSITION

Pay: $17/hr
? Excellent written and verbal customer service experience
? Microsoft Outlook
? Will be answering phone calls and emails
? Must pick up equipment that is provided in Coppell facility

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
? Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless experience across all communication channels. Work with our Core Values in mind and represent the company well.
? Resolve Customer Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related issues, collaborating with other teams when necessary to deliver timely solutions.
? De-escalate Concerns: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, turning negative situations into positive outcomes.
? Uphold Company Values: Represent the company with integrity and commitment to our Core Values in every customer interaction.
? Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and customer pain points, helping to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
