They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help clients with billing and account issues while promoting a positive team environment. Responsibilities - Deliver an outstanding store experience that improves customer loyalty - Help our clients identify the right solutions to customer billing, technical, and/or account issues - Problem solve and make professional judgement on whether customers qualify for the in-store services that the firm’s clients offer - Participate in the company's social media campaigns - Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Driving sales through retail promotions with a positive attitude! Skills - Ability to build rapport with clients - Effective listening skills - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Deadline and results-oriented - Self-motivated and proactive qualities - Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management - Previous experience in Marketing, Retail, Food Industry, Customer Service, and Sales is a plus, but not required!
