As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. ? *WFH Assignment Duration: 4 Month Summer Project (Govt Benefit Programs)
? *100% Remote Summer Program; after the summer, all agents will have the opportunity to work onsite for other programs.
Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
– Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
– Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
– Enter customer information and order details into the system accurately
– Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate
– Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
– Resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively and efficiently
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
– Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
– Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
– Ability to analyze customer information to identify areas of concern with accounts
– Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
– Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
