As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of our data quality, ensuring that every record, transaction, and document is entered precisely, securely, and on time. Your meticulous work will directly support internal teams, external partners, and ultimately, the end‑customers who rely on clean data to make strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities • Data Input Excellence: Accurately enter information from a variety of source documents—including PDFs, scanned images, emails, and handwritten notes—into arenaflex’s proprietary databases and cloud‑based platforms while adhering to established time‑frame guidelines. • Quality Assurance: Rigorously review entered data for inconsistencies, missing fields, or typographical errors; perform real‑time corrections and flag any anomalies for senior analysts. • Verification & Cross‑Checking: Compare entered data against original source material, performing double‑checks to guarantee 99.9% accuracy. • Data Maintenance: Update existing records, merge duplicate entries, and retrieve historical data upon request from internal stakeholders. • Backup & Preservation: Execute scheduled backups, maintain version control logs, and participate in disaster‑recovery drills to protect data integrity. • File Organization: Systematically file digital and, when necessary, physical documents to enable swift retrieval and compliance with corporate record‑keeping policies. • Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Communicate promptly with project managers, analysts, and IT support to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and enhance data pipelines. • Confidentiality Assurance: Handle sensitive client information in strict accordance with data protection regulations and arenaflex’s internal security protocols. Essential Qualifications • Proven experience (minimum 1–2 years) as a Data Entry Clerk, Administrative Assistant, or a similar role that involved high‑volume data processing. • Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher. • Exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to spot and correct errors quickly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry platforms such as Google Sheets, Airtable, or custom CRM systems. • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple data streams simultaneously. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with remote teammates and supervisors. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management, information technology, or related fields are a plus.
