? Responsible for processing all invoices in INFOR.
? Verifying GL Coding, Purchase Order creating and routing as needed.
? Receive, stamp, distribute incoming invoices for approval.
? Electronic and paper filing of invoices processed as needed.
? Assist Admin Office Manager as needed with various duties.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day. Ability to occasionally move about inside the office. Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.Additional Info:
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Must have experience in data entry and be self motivated with minimum supervision
? 10-key by touch preferred
? Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
? Good communication skills (oral and written), ability to organize with attention to detail
? Must be familiar with various office equipment
? Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen
