You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, as well as actively contributing to the overall success and growth of our practice.
Responsibilities:
– Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for attorneys
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
– Prepare and proofread legal documents and correspondence
– Organize and maintain case files and document management system
– Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other professionals on behalf of attorneys
– Conduct research and gather information for cases and projects
– Prepare and submit expense reports and handle billing inquiries
– Act as point of contact between attorneys and office staff
– Assist with marketing and business development efforts
– Proactively identify and address any administrative or operational issues to ensure smooth operation of the office
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred
– Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Professionalism, discretion, and strong work ethic
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
