Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings
- Assist patients with benefits and insurance information during welcome calls
- Conduct surveys through outbound calls to gather feedback
- Engage with patients to support their healthcare decisions
- Maintain a consistent and organized work environment while working from home
Skills
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Strong computer experience, including data entry and screen navigation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to adhere to daily schedules
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a demonstration of caring and compassion
- Ability to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
