FullBloom provides education and behavioral health solutions for children, and they are seeking a Temporary HR Onboarding Coordinator to support their onboarding and compliance team during a high-volume seasonal hiring period. This role involves essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the timely and accurate processing of onboarding tasks.
Responsibilities
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and validating onboarding documentation submitted by new hires to ensure completeness and compliance with internal standards
• Communicate directly with new hires to provide onboarding instructions, follow up on missing documentation, and clarify required tasks
• Coordinate the collection of prior employment verification forms or conduct checks as required for compliance in education and healthcare settings
• Monitor the status of background check clearances and ensure all required checks are completed before new hire start dates. Assist in resolving delays or discrepancies
• Enter and update employee information in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality
• Upload, classify, and maintain electronic personnel files within the UKG Document Manager system
• Respond to or triage inquiries from HR inboxes and ticketing platforms, escalating complex issues to onboarding specialists when needed
• Provide scheduling, checklist tracking, and reporting support for onboarding activities under the direction of onboarding specialists
Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience; OR
• Associates degree and above with a focus in Human Resources preferred with 1 year of HR administrative experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Need to be flexible and meet deadlines based on manager prioritization
• Ability to maintain focused work in a remote work environment
• Previous HR support experience, especially related to onboarding or compliance
• Familiarity with HR software systems such as UKG, ATS platforms, or document tracking tools
• Exposure to the education or behavioral health sectors
• Experience managing sensitive or regulated documentation (e.g., background checks, certifications)
