We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Remote Live Chat Support Agent to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. In this role, you will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
