As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be working with a great team of supportive team leaders who are dedicated to empowering our customers to feel amazing. **About the Job** As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have the Cinderella Experience that has personified the arenaflex brand. This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. You'll be working on a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to adjust your hours based on business needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via arenaflex channels for communication (live chat, phone, and email) * Serve as a proud brand ambassador of arenaflex, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion * Maintain knowledge of all arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory * Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions * Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals * Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience * Contribute to an empathetic, positive, and energetic team culture **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment * Ability to rebound quickly and handle difficult customer issues with a positive attitude * Multitasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining exceptional service * Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen well and understand the needs of our customers and our business * Strong integrity, with a commitment to honesty and ethics in all interactions * Ability to work with efficiency and hold yourself accountable to assisting customers with attention to detail and efficiency * Dedicated to providing a Cinderella Experience during each customer interaction * Empathetic, with the ability to see situations from the customer's perspective and provide the best solutions aligned with arenaflex's core values **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills * Computer proficiency (G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, etc.) * High-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider with a minimum 10Mbps connection (arenaflex will provide laptop and headset) **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create your own schedule. arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
