As a District Representative, you?ll engage with clients to meet their needs while also playing a key role in training and developing a high-performing team. You will drive sales and help expand the District, starting in a flexible part-time capacity with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as you build your team. This is a remote role, primarily conducted through Zoom, offering unmatched flexibility. Raises and promotions are merit-based, with uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:

? Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve both individual and team success.
? Work directly with the Regional Vice President to gain valuable insights and coaching.
? Stay adaptable and coachable as the role evolves with the needs of the business.
