About the job Remote Senior Cost Accounting Mgr
Senior Cost Accounting Mgr needs 8-12 (w/o Masters) or 6-8 years (with Masters) years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
Senior Cost Accounting Mgr requires:
• Experience using Hyperion, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Experience/exposure to Financial Reporting is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in SAP and Oracle costing.
• Cost Accounting experience required.
• COGS
• Inventory control

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
• Appetite to learn about the business areas supported and how the financials tie into the strategy.
• Ability to work within a team, sharing ideas for best practices and process improvements.
• Complete and submit timely forecasts and annual budgets for production volumes, purchases, CMO cost, and COGS.
• Support quarterly and annual audit PBC list requests.
• Perform inventory and cost accounting monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with the manufacturing organization to reconcile CMO inventory reports to SAP inventory balances and activity.
• Reconcile SAP to Oracle trial balances and generate correcting journal entries when required.
