We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with FSO & IRM expertise to lead enterprise-scale implementations for financial services clients.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll design scalable ServiceNow solutions, drive architecture decisions, and work on cutting-edge AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

• *Responsibilities
• Architect and deliver ServiceNow FSO and IRM solutions for enterprise clients
• Design scalable systems using CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and customization
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript, and web technologies
• Translate business requirements into enterprise-level technical architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including client architects and business leaders
• Drive Agile execution: sprint planning, demos, and backlog refinement
• Mentor teams and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development and governance
• *Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or architecture
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO)
• Strong experience with Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• *Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-IRM), Risk & Compliance, Vendor Risk**
• Background in banking, insurance, or financial services domains
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and AI/GenAI integrations
• Familiarity with GDPR, ISO, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience in client-facing consulting or digital transformation roles
