Responsibilities:
? Conduct comprehensive evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders.
? Develop IEPs and tailor therapy plans to meet student needs.
? Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff on therapy goals.
? Track and document progress, modifying plans as required.
? Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide progress insights.
? Ensure compliance with school and federal documentation standards.
Qualifications:
? Master?s degree in SLP; active WA state license.
? CCC-SLP certification through ASHA.
? Minimum of 2 years in a school-based setting.
? Teletherapy experience preferred.
? Strong organizational and communication skills.
