As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements to ensure memorable and hassle-free experiences.
Responsibilities…
– Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ travel needs and preferences
– Offer expert advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
– Plan and book flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services
– Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in bookings efficiently
– Stay up-to-date on travel trends, regulations, and visa requirements
– Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
– Process payments and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
– No experience required. All training online.
