Responsibilities:
– Devise and implement personalized education plans for an elementary caseload with diverse learning needs.
– Conduct virtual instructional sessions, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
– Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers to ensure students’ educational goals are achieved.
– Utilize cutting-edge assistive technologies and resources to enhance student engagement and success.
– Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide prompt feedback.

Requirements:
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
– Possess a valid teaching certification for South Carolina in Special Education.
– Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a special education setting.
– Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
– Be comfortable using technology for instruction and communication with students and colleagues.
– Have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
– Be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
– Comfortable in a primarily case manager role
